Clearing your browsing data can come in handy if you're experiencing issues while browsing the internet. Some of these issues may involve web pages aren't loading correctly or you're having issues logging in somewhere. This will be a good start.

It can also be used to clear out any private data, and to keep you safe.

Every website you go to will download a small file to your computer called a cookie. In this file it can store any website preferences, usernames and passwords, as well as where you have gone on the website.

All website you visit will also cache a small amount of the website on your computer. This is so the next time you visit the website it will load much quicker than it did the first time. This does have it's draw backs however. The biggest draw back is for those who are making adjustments to their website, such as adding images, adding web pages, or even changing some of the background functions like the DNS entries of the domain.

This issues are very common when you are move website providers.

All these issues can typically be resolved by simply clearing your broswer data.

Chrome

The most commonly used web browser currently being used is Google Chrome.

In Chrome there are 2 ways you can clear your browsing data. We will first begin with the easiest way to clear the data.

To begin on your keyboard Press and Hold the following keys
However, most will only clear their browsing data every once in a while, or possibly only when an issue comes up.
